CHILD SUPPORT CHALLENGES

Please note that under Missouri caselaw, challenges of child support judgments entered without DNA which the father wishes to challenge on the basis of DNA must be filed on or before 12/31/11. After that, the deadline will be within two years of the date of the entry of judgment. Persons with administrative child support orders need to take heed of this important date.
